Rooster Picnic Weekend September 11-12

 

September 11th, Friday morning Golf (aka, Rooster Open) 9 AM (Self Pay, Reservations Required):  Due to a preplanned golf tournament on this Friday at last year’s Rooster Golf outing, Jim AF3R and Stan W3TTY have arrange new location for this year’s Rooster Golf Outing, to be at (TBA).


September 11th, Friday morning Brunch, 10 AM, (Self Pay, Reservations Required):  For those not playing golf, we will be meeting for a Brunch at 10 am at the WQ Restaurant, same place as last year, located at 99 W King St, Pottstown, PA 19464.


September 11th, Friday evening Dinner, 6 PM, (Self Pay, Reservations Required):  Same as the past several years, we will be meeting for dinner at THE COPPERFIELD INN AT LAKESIDE (same place as our first Friday Rooster luncheons), 594 W Ridge Pike, Limerick, PA 19468, at 6 PM.


September 12th, Saturday, our Annual Rooster Picnic, starting at Noon (Pre-paid Reservations Required):  Same place as last year, the local Knights of Columbus presence in the Stowe/Pottstown area is anchored by the Father Bally Council #1192 and the Archbishop Sheen Assembly #3046, located at 675 Constitution Avenue, Stowe, PA 19464. 

Like last year, please do not drive past the paved road. This is a firm request by our host. There’s plenty of available parking on the grass and a short walk to the picnic grove.
